Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being G.R. Case No. 4998 of 2019 arising out of Kultali Police Station Case No. 442 of 2019 dated 27.07.2019 under Sections 341/325/326/307/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24-Pargans.

Learned counsel submits that proceedings are taking long time as the long adjournments are being given.

The Court considers that issuance of appropriate direction for expeditious disposal will not prejudice to either of the parties if appropriate direction is issued, even otherwise the speedy trial is the matter of right.

In the circumstances learned Judicial Magistratre, Baruipur, South 24-Parganas is directed to conduct

the proceeding in G.R. Case No. 4998 of 2019 arising out of Kultali Police Station Case No. 442 of 2019 expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment in accordance with law.

This revision petition is disposed of.
