Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in spite of the Tribunal being in seisin of the issue and there being orders, the private respondent no. 9 is threatening, trespassing into the property of the petitioner and also abusing the petitioner. Petitioner is feeling insecured and as such has approached this Court.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects regarding the dispute between the petitioner and the respondents in respect of a plot of land. Report also reflects that under section 126 of the BNSS proceedings have been drawn up.

Having considered that the police authorities are acquainted with the dispute existing between the petitioner and the private respondent, I direct that the police authorities would keep a vigil and will interfere in case there is violation of any law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27817 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
