Report in the form of affidavit submitted by the National Highways Authority of India is taken on record. Learned counsel for the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition due to certain defects therein and seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.

In view of the above, the writ petition being WPA 27433 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
