Case no. 147 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai, Purba Medinipur, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case.

This Court is informed that the case under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is pending since 2018. In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion within six months from the next date of hearing without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.
