Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is the son-in-law of the principal accused. Narcotics was recovered from his residence. Accordingly, he prays for bail. 2.

Learned Counsel for the NCB opposes the prayer for bail and submits 2.65 kgs. of Opium and 400 grams of Heroin along with other equipments for manufacturing narcotics were recovered. Petitioner was present at the time of recovery. 3.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner was present at the spot where large volume of narcotics were recovered. Other incriminating articles for manufacturing of narcotics were also recovered from the spot. Under such circumstances and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
