Application being CAN 1/2025 is taken up for consideration wherein prayer is made for incorporating petitioner's name as "Miss Kalyani Mondal" instead of "Miss Kalyani Mandal" in the order dated 7th March, 2025 and in the cause title of the writ petition.

State respondents are represented by learned advocate.

It is submitted by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that inadvertently in the cause title of the writ petition name of the petitioner was described as "Miss Kalyani Mandal" not "Miss Kalyani Mondal". However, correct name of the petitioner is "Miss Kalyani Mondal".

Application being CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed thereby directing the department to incorporate petitioner's name as "Miss Kalyani Mondal" instead of "Miss Kalyani Mandal" in the cause title of the order

dated 7th March, 2025 and in the cause title of the writ petition.

The application being CAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
