1. This instant writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner seeking direction upon the respondents to show cause as to why the name of the petitioner will not be included in the panel of SC category prepared in pursuant to the interview held on 01.12.2003 for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School within District South 24 Parganas.

2. None appears on behalf of either of the parties. No accommodation is sought for.

3. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the earlier occasions.

4. This case is pending since 2006, almost 19 years have passed.

5. After expiry of 19 years, such prayer cannot be entertained and there is no scope to pass any order.

6. In view of the above facts, the writ petition being WPA 28442 of 2006 is dismissed without any order as to costs. Connected applications, if any, are also, thus, disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

8. All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.)
