If the petitioner is transferred, it will not be possible for a single teacher to run the school.
Therefore, at this stage no order for transfer can be passed by this court.
However, the petitioner shall have the liberty to file fresh application for transfer if the pupil-teacher ratio comes within the fold of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009.
With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
No report has been produced today by the District Inspector of Schools, which is not required also in view of the admitted fact by the petitioner.
