In re : CPAN 1413 of 2017 By the order dated October 27, 2017, violation whereof is alleged in the present contempt application, the petitioners were permitted to participate in TET, 2017, subject to the condition that their result would not be published without the leave of the Court. I am told that such TET examination is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2021.

The petitioners shall submit the requisite documents to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education latest by 12 noon tomorrow (30.01.2021). Upon doing so, the Board will take necessary action for compliance with the order dated October 27, 2017. CPAN 1413 of 2017 is, accordingly, disposed of.
