Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in dealing in narcotics above commercial quantity. CDRs show telephonic exchanges between the petitioner and co-accused. Money transactions have also been traced out.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
