It is submitted that the suit is pending since and the plaintiff/petitioner herein is being severely prejudiced for the delay in disposal of the suit. The suit before the learned trial Court is for declaration and for permanent injunction.

Considering the relief prayed for the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavours to dispose of the suit preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.

Accordingly, CO 4017 of 2024 is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division ),Suri, Birbhum.
