1. The petitioner is aggrieved that his application for transfer had been disallowed sometime in 2022. The ground for rejection of the plea for transfer, as it appears from the record that the petitioner falls under the 10% Rule.

2. The petitioner is a disabled candidate with 45% disabilities and this could not have been taken as a ground.

3. Since a long period of time has lapsed since 2022, after the date of rejection, it would be trite that the petitioner makes a fresh application to the school authorities by April 15, 2026, which shall be considered by the school and forwarded with requisite certificate including the 'No Objection Certificate' to the concerned DI by May 5, 2026.

4. With the afore-stated direction, WPA/27450/2022 is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
