Mr. Rabiul Islam Mr. Masooq Rahman ...for the petitioners Mr. Atulya Sinha ...for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that by an order dated 31.01.2024 passed by this Court in CRM (A) 5180 of 2023, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail, inter alia, on the condition to meet the Investigating Officer once a month till conclusion of the investigation. The petitioners have been duly complying with the said order.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed in the order granting anticipatory bail. Although charge sheet has been submitted, prayer has been made to submit a supplementary charge sheet.

It appears that the petitioners have been complying with the order passed by this Court. Charge sheet has already been submitted. However, prayer has been made for filing a supplementary charge sheet.

Considering the above, I am inclined to relax the condition of anticipatory bail. Instead of meeting the Investigating Officer once a month, the petitioners shall meet the I.O. as and when required until further orders.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
