This petition is filed with a prayer for leave to file appeal against the judgment and order of acquittal dated 02.11.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Calcutta in connection with C. Case No. 9921 of 2013 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant and also perused the judgment impugned.
