1. Report dated March 12, 2025 has been filed today and the same has been taken on record.

2. There is no adverse report.

3. Charges have been framed. Police has already filed the chargesheet.

4. The petitioner prays for waiver of the condition imposed in the order dated March 1, 2024, requiring that, "...while on bail the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of Narendrapur Police

Station until further orders and shall provide the address where he shall reside to the learned Court below". Such prayer is allowed and modified accordingly.

5. Other conditions in the said order dated March 1, 2024 shall remain the same.
