A copy of the written instruction dated 17th December, 2024 received from the petitioner filed in Court today is taken on record.

Although, there was a direction for filing affidavitin-opposition, no such affidavit-in-opposition has been filed. The respondent nos. 2 to 5 are represented. The said respondents say that no affidavit-in-opposition has been used on their behalf.

Considering such submissions, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
