It is found that the instant revision is hopelessly barred by limitation. No step is taken by the petitioner for condonation of delay in filing the instant revision. Therefore, the instant revision being barred by limitation cannot be entertained.

CRAN 1 of 2014(Old No.3574 of 2014) is accordingly rejected.

In view of rejection of the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, CRR 2987 of 2014 is dismissed. Department is directed to send a copy of this order to the learned Court below for information and necessary action.

If the main matter pending before the learned Court below, the Trial Court is requested to dispose of the matter at the earliest.
