Mr. Chandi Charan De, learned advocate appears for the alleged contemnor.

Mr. De, has filed a compliance report issued by the present incumbent for the post of the alleged contemnor no.1.

He submits that new incumbent is Shri Hirak Biswas, who is impleaded in this contempt application and the formal impleadment shall be caused in the cause-title of the original contempt application and wherever it is required by putting the signature of the learned advocate on record for the petitioner within a week from date.

The petitioner then shall serve the amended contempt application upon the newly impleaded alleged contemnor and file an affidavit-of-service on the next day.

The compliance report filed today in Court is taken on record and a copy has been served upon the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. The petitioner shall consider the same and if necessary, shall file and exception in the form of affidavit thereto within four weeks from date, as prayed for by Md. Zeeshanuz Zaman, learned advocate.

The matter shall appear under the heading 'Contempt Application' on May 8, 2026.
