Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners do not intend to press the application for bail so far as the petitioner No.2 is concerned as a separate bail application has been preferred. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner No.2 viz., Hoque Saheb @ Haque Saheb is concerned, the same is dismissed as not pressed. In view of the report submitted by the State in CRM(NDPS) 1577 of 2025 and the present bail application arising out of the same case being Samsherganj Police Station Case No. 163 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025, I am of the view that the petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are entitled to the same relief. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioners Nos. 1 and 3 is allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioners viz., 1. Ajfarul Sk. @ Kalu @ Ajfarul Hoque and 3. Belal Sk @ Bellal Sk @ Amin shall be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.20,000/- each, with two sureties of Rs.10,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court under the NDPS Act-cumAdditional Sessions Judge, 5th Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad.

If on bail, the petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 shall be physically present on each and every date so fixed by the learned Special Court.

The application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1594 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
