We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is a tenant of the godown from where narcotics above commercial quantity was recovered. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. There is no substantial change in circumstance since then. Accordingly we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
