2. Shri Bhattacharyya, learned senior counsel for Respondent No.18 submits that the present intracourt appeal assails an interlocutory order. During the pendency of this appeal, the main matter WPA 25522 of 2022 (Suvendu Adhikari vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) has already been decided by learned Single Judge on 24th October, 2025. Thus, this appeal has rendered infructuous.

3. The appellant has not entered appearance.

4. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

5. With the dismissal of the instant appeal, CAN 1 of 2022 is also dismissed.
