The petitioner is not represented by its learned Advocate. Petitioner is a Krishi Unayan Society registered under the Societies Act. By a letter dated 8th December, 2015 the petitioner requested the respondent no. 2 being the Manager (Procurement), West Bengal Essential Commodities Supply Corporation Ltd. to disburse an amount of Rs.616177/- which the petitioner is entitled to get from the respondent no. 2.

Though the petitioner is not represented, this Court finds that the instant writ petition can be disposed of on the basis of the submission made by the learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.

It is admitted by the learned Advocate for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 that the petitioner is entitled to get the aforesaid money and

the said money is now lying in the account of the West Bengal Essential Commodities Supply Corporation Ltd. However, the respondents do not know the account number of petitioner/society and in the absence of such Bank account number it is not possible for the respondents to disburse the said money.

The instant writ petition is dispose of directing the writ petitioner to provide the Bank account number and all other details to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 within 30 days from the date of this order. On such communication the respondent nos. 2 and 3 shall release the amount in favour of the petitioner. With the above direction, the instant writ petition is disposed of. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
