The petitioner participated in the 1st State Level Selection Test of Assistant Teachers (Physical Education and Work Education) 2016.

The petitioner could not attend the personality test on the appointed date and is praying further opportunity for such test. Dr. Patra, learned Counsel for the Commission submits that the entire selection process was concluded in the year 2018 and the panel has already expired long back, as such there is no scope to consider the prayer of the petitioner.

The selection process has been concluded and the panel has also expired as such the petitioner is not entitled to relief as prayed for.

W.P.A. 27473 of 2022 is, therefore, dismissed, there shall be however no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
