1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel. With the consent of the parties, the matter is finally heard.

2. Petitioner at the outset submits that under the relevant guidelines, petitioner has a remedy to ventilate his grievances and therefore he may be permitted to file appropriate representation before the relevant District Level Committee under the guidelines for the self-same grievance. In turn, the said committee may be directed to decide it within stipulated time. The other side has no objection.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by issuing following directions:

(i) The petitioner may prefer a detailed representation for the present grievance and submit it before the aforesaid committee along with server copy of this order.

(ii) In turn, the said committee shall consider and decide the said representation in accordance with law within weeks therefrom. If necessary, the said committee may hear the affected parties before taking final decision.

(iii) The outcome of such consideration shall be communicated to the petitioner.

4. The petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.
