Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the helper of a truck wherein there were recoveries of 3540 bottles of phensedyl and the petitioner is in custody for about three months.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the investigation of the case is still in progress.

Having considered stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner being CRM (NDPS) 1570 of 2025 is dismissed.

Petitioner would renew his prayer for bail after the stage of consideration of charges is over.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
