1. The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. The complaint was lodged six months after there was marriage between him and the victim girl. He is in custody for seven months. Even copies of documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. have not been supplied.

2. Opposing the prayer for bail, learned State advocate draws our attention to the victim girl's statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She squarely implicates this petitioner. The allegation is serious.

3. On an overall assessment of the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

4. The prayer for bail is, thus, rejected.
