Sengupta, learned AGP submits on instruction that the name of the petitioner has not yet been mutated in the revenue records.

On a query of the Court learned advocate appearing for the petitioner does not dispute such factual position. He, however, states that the name of the petitioner has been recorded in the assessment records of the municipality.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocates for the respective parties, this writ petition stands disposed of by leaving the petitioner

free to take steps in accordance with law if he is aggrieved that his name has not yet been mutated in the revenue records.
