Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in AP-Com/239/2025 title as M/s. Electronica Finance Ltd. Vs. Anita Santosh & Ors. The court had appointed an arbitrator and the arbitration has been initiated. In the order dated 1st May, 2025, it was inter alia observed as under:- "5. It is submitted by the petitioner that the Civil Revision shall be withdrawn because all interim reliefs can be prayed before the learned Arbitrator. Therefore, before the substituted Arbitrator initiates the proceedings, the petitioner shall take all steps to withdraw the revisional application. This Court does not make any observation with regard to the results of the earlier rounds of litigation, except that the parties will be at liberty to pray for all interim reliefs before the learned Arbitrator. All objections of the respondents will be decided by the learned Arbitrator."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of para-5, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states at bar that notice of mentioning was duly given to the opposite party vide e-mail dated 24th January, 2026. Copy of e-mail has placed on record.

In view thereof, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
