Heard learned advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. The petitioners had kidnapped two young boys and demanded money. 3.

In view of the nature of crime, we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 5.

The application being CRM (A) 4095 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
