Mr. Pinaki Datta Ms. Jayashree Saha ......for the petitioner The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of both the applications under Order 39 R 1 and 2 CPC and also the Title Suit 1667 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div), 2nd Court, Howrah.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

The civil revision is accordingly dispose of with the direction that the Trial Court shall disposed of both the applications under Order 39 R 1 and 2 CPC within a period of 2 months from the date of this order on hearing the parties in accordance with law. The learned trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Trial Court at once.
