Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. A minor victim was subjected to penetrative sexual assault. Medical report indicates injuries in her private parties. 3.

In view of gravity of offence and the evidence in support of such accusation, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
