For the Petitioners On prayer of the petitioners liberty is granted to withdraw the application and file statutory appeal under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. If the petitioners prefer statutory appeal within two weeks from date, the learned Appellate Court shall deal with the appeal on merits and not dismiss the same on the ground of limitation. Further liberty is granted to withdraw the certified copies of the documents filed in the present case upon furnishing photocopies thereof.

Since it is submitted that the next date of hearing fixed before the learned Executing Court is on 6th February, 2025, the petitioners are granted liberty to seek accommodation before the learned Court on that date.

The revisional application being CRR 4915 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
