The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Money Execution Case No.1151 of 2016 (Dilip Bhai Patel Vs. M/s. Jain Steel & Power Limited) pending before the learned Judge, VIth Bench, of the learned City Civil Court, Calcutta.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

It appears that Money Execution case is pending since 2016 and as such the petitioner is being prejudiced.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial court shall dispose of the execution case in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of this order.

The revisional application being CO 4020 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court at once.
