Mr. Supratim Dhar, Mr. Tirupati Mukherjee ...for the petitioner The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Budbud Police Station, Purba Bardhaman of a complaint of alleged theft by the private respondents.

The petitioner has civil disputes with the private respondents, which is pending consideration in a civil proceeding.

A number of complaints allegedly addressed to the police and the local S.P. have been annexed to the writ petition. The petitioner has not been able to demonstrate service of any such notice on the police. The petitioner may file an appropriate complaint with the Budbud Police Station and the same may be considered in accordance with law. The instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
