1. Heard the learned Advocates for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on records. Statement of witnesses implicate the petitioners in torture of the house wife who was compelled to commit suicide within one year of marriage.

3. In view of the nature of offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
