Petitioner complains that he is being obstructed in free egress and ingress at his property. Complaints were made before the concerned police authorities being Bongaon Police Station. However, no steps were taken by the concerned police station which was a cause for approaching this Court by the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Bongaon PS Case No.

1084/2024 dated 27.11.2024 was registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law. Learned advocate submits that pursuant to the writ petition being preferred, such a case was registered.

Be that as it may, since the jurisdictional Court is already in seisin of Bongaon PS Case No.

1084/24, I direct that if any inconvenience is faced by the petitioner, particularly with regard to the issues relating to egress and ingress, the petitioner will take out an appropriate application before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the criminal case who would pass necessary order by adhering to the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 27869 of 2024 is disposed of.
