It is pointed out by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that in the last line of page-2 of the order dated 15th December, 2022 the word "not" was inadvertently typed.

I have perused the order, the mistake is clearly clerical in nature. The word "not" after the word can be treated as deleted from the last line of page 2 of the order dated 15th December, 2022.

This order be made part of the order dated 15th December, 2022.
