The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No.857 of 2019 pending before the learned Civil Judge(Senior Division), 3rd Court at Barasat. 2.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

It is submitted that the suit has been registered in 2019 and till date there has been no progress in the said trial and as such the petitioner is being prejudiced.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial court shall dispose of the title suit in accordance with law preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.

The revisional application being C.O 4020 of 2024 stands disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court at once.

Urgent Xerox certified copies of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the learned counsel for the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
