During the hearing of this case, this court has passed an order in the open Court which was later, on verification of the case file, this court came to know that the person, namely, Treasury Officer, Barrackpore-II was already impleaded as a party respondent. As per the order of this Court, therefore, the impleading of the Treasury Officer, Barrackpore-II is not necessary. Apart from this, this Court came to know that on 04.07.2023, the writ petition was dismissed for default. But as on date the petitioner has not filed any application for restoring the writ petition. Therefore, post the matter under the heading "To Be Mentioned" on the next date when this Bench will be available.
