...... petitioners Mr. Bharat Chandra Simai ...for the petitioner Ms. Rituparna De Ghose ...for the State Victim recorded statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. implicating the petitioner in entering into physical relationship with her despite the petitioner being married with the two children.

Victim is a minor.

Considering the materials in the case diary and the gravity of the offence, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being CRM (A) 5189 of 2023 is dismissed.
