1. Appeal is at the behest of the writ petitioner and directed against an order dated October 1, 2024 passed in WPA No. 23098 of 2024.

2. Leave to file the appeal without the certified copy was granted by the coordinate Bench on November 20, 2024.

3. Court is informed that, appellant applied for certified copy of the impugned order on October 4, 2024. Such application was not pursued. Thereafter, fresh application for certified copy was made on January 20, 2025. Certified copy is yet to be obtained.

4. Keeping the appeal pending, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, will not be in the interest of justice.

5. We called upon the learned advocate for the appellant to place before us a copy of the writ petition in which the impugned order was passed.

It appears from the writ petition that, the appellant claims that, she entered into an agreement to sell her immovable property in favour of the respondent no.4 and received a part consideration thereof. Appellant is no longer in possession of the immovable property. The purchaser is untraceable.

8. The disputes involved in the writ petition are civil in nature and amongst the private parties. It does not involve State or its functionaries.

9. Disputes relates to an immovable property. 10.

Learned Single Judge noticing such facts dismissed the writ petition.

We find no ground to interfere with the impugned order.

MAT 2102 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
