Considering the explanation given in the application for non-appearance of the learned Advocate representing the petitioner at the time of hearing of the writ petition on 25th January, 2018 I find that the same is satisfactory and, accordingly the order dated 25th January, 2018 dismissing the writ petition is recalled and the same is restored to its original file and number.
