Act corresponding to G.R. Case No. 2731 of 2024.

1. Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. Suvayan/ Sourav (Allowed)

2. We have considered the materials on record. We have also examined the injury report. No external injury mark is seen. Allegation of physical assault has to be assessed in the light of the aforesaid circumstances in the appropriate stage of the proceeding. Other allegations of cruelty are general and omnibus.

3. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Ganesh Das be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and on further condition, petitioner while on bail shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of Harishchandrapur Police Station once in a week or until further order. He shall appear before the jurisdictional court Signed By :
