1. Heard learned lawyer for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits in September 2023. There is no change in circumstances since then.

3. In view of the aforesaid fact and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
