The issue has been raised by way of representation before the respondent no. 5 on 12th July, 2024. The same has not been considered and disposed of and the petitioner is due to retire on 30th November, 2024.

In view of such submission we have asked the learned state counsel as to how much time the authority will take for disposing of the representation. In all fairness he submits that four weeks shall be enough time to dispose of the representation. In view of such submissions, we expect that the representation of the petitioner dated 12th July, 2024 will be disposed of by reasoned and speaking order

passed by the respondent no. 5 positively within six weeks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner raises an apprehension that since the issue has been raised by him by way of representation there is a chance that he may be deprived of the admitted retiral dues on his superannuation.

There appears to be no basis for such apprehension, we find no reason to make any specific directions in respect thereof, as it is expected that the authorities will proceed in accordance with law. The writ application stands disposed of.
