The direction in paragraph 13 of the order dated March 24, 2026 was passed after considering the submission of the respective parties.

Such modification cannot be allowed on the oral prayer made by the learned advocate for the petitioners. It will, however, be open to the petitioners to take out an appropriate application in that regard. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
