Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 27542 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the West Bengal Co-operative Election Commission/ respondent Nos. 3, 4 & 5 to initiate and expedite the process of election in question and complete the same in respect of the society in question within a period of five months from the date of communication of this order.
