1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of the ACGR Case No. 681 of 2020 under Sections 279/338 of the Indian Penal code arising out of Netaji Nagar Police Station Case No. 65 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020 which is pending before the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has prayed for expeditious disposal of the proceeding which is pending since 2020.

3. Considering the prayer of the revisional application, I find hardly any reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite party.

4. Accordingly, service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

5. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas is requested to dispose of the

proceeding being ACGR Case No. 681 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of communication of this order without affording any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties as chargesheet has already been submitted on 02.09.2020.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.

8. All the parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official web site of this Court.

9. Petitioner is at liberty to make communication of this order to the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas for information.
