Rafiqul Islam ..For the Petitioner Mr. Sabuyasachi Chatterjee Mr. Sayan Banerjee Mr. Badrul karim ..For the Respondent No.6 Mr. Sujit Sankar Koley ..For the WBSEDCL The petitioner who was engaged by a contractor of the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (in short, "W.B.S.E.D.C.L.") has filed the writ petition challenging an order of disengagement by a notice dated May 27, 2022 issued by the proprietor of one Hemlata Engineering Enterprise/the contractor of W.B.S.E.D.C.L.

This Court finds that the dispute is in the nature of a private one between the petitioner and the respondent no. 5. Therefore, the present writ petition being W.P.A. 27543 of 2022 is dismissed.

The petitioner will be at liberty to agitate his grievance before the appropriate forum, if advised.

Since no affidavits have been directed to be exchanged, all the allegations contained therein are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties.
