In such view of the matter, there is no further necessity of keeping the contempt application pending. Accordingly, CPAN 209 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous.

Consequentially CAN 2 of 2022, being the recall application, also stands dismissed in terms of the above observations.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
